Who processes your information
Hypermonk Games processes the information you provide when you apply for a role. The final legal entity name, address and privacy contact must be inserted here before launch.
Information we collect
We collect your name, contact details, CV, links you choose to share, your message, the role you apply for and technical records needed to keep the application service secure.
Why we use it
We use candidate information to receive, review and manage your application, communicate with you and protect the recruitment service against abuse and malicious files.
Storage and access
CV files are stored privately and checked for malware. Access is limited to authorized People Ops users. Application records are not intended to be public.
Retention
Successful applications and CVs are currently retained without an automatic expiry so they remain available for recruitment selection. People Ops can permanently delete a candidate record and its CV. The lawful retention period and deletion-request process must be confirmed by legal before launch.
Your rights and contact
The applicable rights, request channel, response period, international transfer details and supervisory authority information must be completed for the jurisdictions in which recruiting takes place.
