According to Article 13(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company; (i) in writing, or (ii) via registered electronic mail (KEP), by using secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or e-mail address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system, or (iii) through software or an application developed for the purpose of the application, or (iv) by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").
