About the Role

Hypermonk Games is a fast-growing mobile game studio based in Ankara, creating top-performing titles that have surpassed 120 million downloads worldwide. We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting user acquisition campaigns across key channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Unity Ads
Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and retention
Assisting in A/B testing creatives and campaign strategies
Collaborating with our creative and product teams to build and analyze new growth ideas
Analyzing cohort data, user behavior, and monetization metrics to fine-tune growth loops
Learning how to build and refine forecasting models for budget, revenue, and LTV
Conducting competitor and market analysis to uncover insights and creative strategies
Helping manage relationships with ad networks and external partners
Staying up to date with industry trends, marketing tools, and growth tactics

Qualifications and Skills

Passion for games and an understanding of what keeps players engaged
Genuine interest in mobile games and performance marketing
Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data
Attention to detail when working on creatives, data, or campaign structures
Eagerness to learn UA platforms, optimization strategies, and creative testing
Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
